The Market is a state incorporated association which means that the running and operation of the Market is governed by a constitution. In addition to this, the Market has adopted Market Rules to ensure that all stallholders are aware of the process and procedures in place – these rules also maintain the integrity and authenticity of the Market and it’s stallholders.

All stallholders are required to adhere to the Constitution and Market Rules and failure to do so may mean that the stallholder is no longer permitted to trade at the Market.
